Adrienne Teeley
Hi again! We made it through another week. Woweewow It was a tough one, but we made it. We got there. Time to relax, unwind, and brace ourselves for another week! I hope your bosses are all nice and understanding and that you are allowed to take as many bathroom breaks as you want. That’s important.
Sometimes I find myself being so burnt out by the weekend, that I can’t leave my house. Anyone else get that way? Y’know, sometimes self care is cleaning the house, sometimes it’s going to the beach, and sometimes it’s watching Mad Men all day in your pajamas. This is a judgement-free space, so whatever you need to do to take care of yourself -- do that. For me it’s usually Mad Men. Follow your bliss, ya feel?

News Brief I Guess
This isn’t really news (honestly is it ever??) but my friend recently saw the TV show “Bull” was shooting outside of her office building. Like a lot of us, she’s working to get into the industry and she decided to take a step towards that goal. So she went outside, knocked on the Producer’s trailer and asked for a job. Well, specifically, she said “I work in that building and hate my job. Can I work on your set?”
WOWOWOW IMAGINE HAVING THAT MUCH CONFIDENCE IN YOURSELF BECAUSE I CANNOT! Well, it turns out she didn’t get the job. She said the Producer chuckled and said they’re fully staffed, but that what she’s doing is a good idea; he recommended she continue going to sets and trying to find work, and then he wished her luck.
Anyway, that’s not news, but I can’t stop thinking about my friend’s confidence in herself. What a bold move. Good for her, man. We gotta be fearless.
