Kendra Augustin
Hey, hi, and hello! Happy Sunday! I hope you are having a restful weekend and are able to recharge your batteries. It’s important to take the time and treat yourself, even if that just means having a glass of wine and watching old episodes of The Crown, just because it’s lovely.
I treated myself yesterday by going to The Strand and roaming the stacks for a literal couple of hours. The Strand is one of my favorite places in the city. I’m not sure if it’s new or if I never noticed before, but they have a whole basement level, which is filled with books, and also vinyl records! Anyway, I like to go there to wander, stand in everyone’s way while I read, and then impulse buy several items at once. Let me live.
This is not an ad, I just really like the Strand.
